A vocabulary list for the Topic: Travel and Tourism, including Paces of interest of the French GCSE (teaching starts September 2024).
 
The vocab words included on the list are all from the prescribed AQA vocabulary list.
 
There are 6 pages for Foundation and two additional pages for Higher tier.
 
.pdf and .docx versions included.
 
The list comes as a table with 4 columns: French word, English equivalent, part of speech and IPA notation.
 
The IPA notation has been added to help students with pronunciation and a fun lesson on IPA is available for £2 here, if your students are not familiar with IPA notation.
 
Note that, unlike the AQA list, only verbs in the infinitive have been included here. If you would like your students to have a list of verbs + conjugated forms, you may find the free verb table useful (available in the GCSE Overviews).
